What it does
When an SSD's controller fails, the data is usually still in the memory chips but scrambled and spread out by the controller. PC-3000 SSD works with the controller's own technology mode to rebuild what is missing.
- Rebuilds damaged service information on supported SSDs
- Reads and writes the SSD's ROM and loads microcode into its memory
- Emulates the translator to reach user data and resets ATA passwords
- Turns off background processes such as garbage collection and reads the chips without desoldering them
- Repair side: factory-mode diagnosis, hidden defect logs and low-level format
It is sold as PC-3000 SSD (SATA) and PC-3000 SSD Extended, which adds NVMe and other PCIe SSDs.
